Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using SwiftTool, you agree to these terms and the privacy information referenced during registration. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind that organization.

Account responsibility

Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in methods and notify Support about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until it is reported and access can reasonably be secured.

Permitted use

Use SwiftTool for lawful media workflows and only with content you own, are authorized to process or may otherwise use. Follow the terms and technical restrictions of source platforms and third-party services.

• Do not bypass access controls, DRM, private accounts or paywalls.
• Do not process unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing material.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to SwiftTool or its infrastructure.
• Do not resell access, share credentials or evade plan limits without written authorization.

Media, AI and output

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant SwiftTool the limited permission needed to receive, process, store temporarily and deliver that content according to your request.

Automated transcription, translation and separation can contain mistakes or artifacts. Review output before publication, professional use or decisions that depend on accuracy. SwiftTool does not claim ownership of generated output merely because a tool processed it.

Plans, limits and payment

Free, Pro, Expert and Ultra plans have different transfer, file size, concurrency and AI limits. The current pricing page and purchase interface show the applicable period and price before confirmation. A verified subscription can apply across supported SwiftTool interfaces, including Telegram and the web app, but feature rollout can differ by interface.

Purchases made through Telegram or another platform may also be subject to that platform’s payment and refund rules. Unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise, consumed processing capacity and completed digital service periods are not refundable.

Development features

Features marked Coming soon, development, preview or gradual rollout are not available commitments. Interfaces, limits and behavior can change before general release. SwiftTool does not charge for an unavailable capability unless it is explicitly included in the purchase confirmation as available.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SwiftTool available, but maintenance, source-platform changes, third-party outages, capacity limits and security incidents can interrupt a service. We may change or discontinue a feature when needed for security, law, platform compatibility or sustainable operation.

Suspension and termination

We may rate-limit, freeze or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment or legal requirements. When reasonable, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using SwiftTool and request account deletion from Profile.

Responsibility and limitations

SwiftTool is provided with reasonable care for the described service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect automated output or compatibility with every source and format. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its breach as determined under applicable law. SwiftTool is not responsible for content rights you do not hold, source-platform enforcement or decisions made without reviewing automated output.
