Acceptable use policy

Authorized media

Use SwiftTool only with media you own, are authorized to process or may lawfully use. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual and platform restrictions that apply to the source and output.

Prohibited activity

You must not use SwiftTool to gain unauthorized access, bypass private accounts, paywalls, DRM or access controls, distribute malware, impersonate others, facilitate fraud, process exploitative material or violate the rights and safety of another person.

Do not automate requests in a way that overloads SwiftTool or a source platform, evade quotas, share credentials, resell access without written authorization, probe internal services or attempt to execute uploaded files.

Enforcement

We may reject a job, apply rate limits, preserve relevant security records, freeze an account or terminate access when activity creates a material legal, security or operational risk. Where reasonable, the account receives notice and an opportunity to clarify or correct the issue.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse through Support with the relevant SwiftTool reference, URL or project identifier. Do not include unrelated personal data or credentials.
