SwiftTool
Data processing addendum
Processing terms for organizations that use SwiftTool to handle personal data on their instructions.
Roles and instructions
Where an organization submits media containing personal data and determines the purpose and means of that processing, the organization acts as controller and SwiftTool processes the submitted data to provide the selected service. SwiftTool processes that data on documented product and account instructions, including tool settings and authorized support requests.
Security and confidentiality
SwiftTool applies access control, transport encryption, password and session hashing, restricted service integration, audit logging, backup controls and incident handling appropriate to the service. Personnel and administrators with access are limited by role and operational need.
Subprocessors and locations
Current production processing locations are Germany (Frankfurt) and France (Paris). Google and Telegram act under their respective roles when an organization enables those identity or messaging integrations. The current subprocessor record is available on request for an organizational review.
Assistance and deletion
SwiftTool provides account export, deletion and support workflows to assist with verified data-subject requests. At the end of service, account and project information is deleted or returned according to the selected action, applicable retention and encrypted backup expiry, unless continued retention is legally required.
Organizational requests
An organization that requires a signed addendum should contact Support before submitting regulated production data and provide its legal entity name, billing contact, intended processing, expected data categories and required signatory details.
