SwiftTool
Data rights
How to access, export, correct, restrict or delete information associated with your SwiftTool account.
Available requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access to personal information, a portable copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw optional cookie consent at any time from Privacy choices.
- Download My Data creates a machine-readable account export for the authenticated user.
- Account deletion starts a 30-day grace period and revokes active sessions.
- Correction, restriction and objection requests can be submitted through Support under Privacy.
Identity verification
We verify that a request comes from the account owner before disclosing, changing or deleting information. Signed-in controls use the current server session. A support request may require a confirmation through a verified email, Google identity or Telegram connection.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, OAuth tokens or copies of unnecessary identity documents in a request.
Response and status
Requests are recorded with a status and timestamp. We respond within the period required by applicable law and may ask for clarification when a request is broad or when identity cannot be verified. A request can be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the establishment of legal claims.
Contact
Use the Support form and select Privacy. Include the account email or verified Telegram connection, the right you wish to exercise and enough context to identify the relevant account or project.
