SwiftTool
Cookie policy
The cookies and browser storage SwiftTool uses, including purpose, category and retention.
How consent works
Necessary storage is active to provide security, authentication, language selection and a record of your privacy choice. Preference and analytics categories remain off until selected. SwiftTool does not currently use advertising or marketing trackers.
Necessary cookies
swifttool_session is an HttpOnly authentication cookie and lasts for the configured session period, subject to inactivity, absolute expiry and revocation. swifttool_consent stores the selected categories and policy version for up to 12 months. swifttool_locale stores the chosen language for up to 12 months. swifttool_anon is a random identifier used to associate an anonymous consent audit record for up to 12 months.
Preferences
swifttool_theme stores an explicit light or dark theme selection for up to 12 months. Accessibility choices are stored in localStorage under swifttool_a11y_v2 after you use the accessibility panel. The PWA installation dismissal is retained for up to 30 days, and a custom subtitle preset is stored only when a signed-in user explicitly saves one on that device. These settings do not track activity across sites and remain until their stated expiry, reset or browser storage is cleared.
Analytics
When Analytics is accepted, SwiftTool may record first-party events such as page path, locale, feature interaction and coarse referrer host. The system is designed not to record page form contents, passwords, media content or raw authentication tokens. Analytics is not activated when the category is rejected.
Changing your choice
Open Privacy choices from the footer at any time to accept or reject optional categories. Rejecting a category stops future optional collection on that browser. You can also remove site storage in browser settings; necessary cookies will be recreated only when required for the service or a new choice.
